Pregnancy Massage
For Pregnancy massages i often use a special pillow that enables you to lie on your front comfortably. Side lying position can also be used if preferred. This massage is very gentle overall, but some deep work can still be carried out around the hips and other areas that might get particularly achey while being pregnant. Particular pressure points around the ankles and hands are avoided, and it is best to consult with your GP as to wether to get massaged in the first trimester or not.
