Do i have to pick what style of massage i want?
You can, but you can also just say what mood you’re, what your body feels like or what issues you have, if any, and i can blend various modalities to meet you with where you’re at.
What kind of Oil do you use?
I have experimented with a vast combination of different oils to find the perfect feel and consistency, and have now settled with a blend of 80% Organic Cold Pressed Jojoba Oil and 20% Organic Apricot Oil. This feels wonderful for relaxation, deep tissue and especially myofascial release.
What locations will you travel to?
Generally around 30 min drive either way from Tyagarah. From Ballina all the way up to Burringbar and Pottsville. Inland to Upper Main Arm and Clunes.
How do i prepare for getting a massage?
Make sure you have a space big enough for the massage table to be comfortably set up with ample space for me to work around it.
If possible, make the room the ideal temperature for your massage before I arrive. In Summer it is ideal to have an air conditioned room.
It is ideal to shower before the massage but to not apply moisturiser afterwards, as this can spoil the unique feel of the oil blend that i use for massaging.
Do you offer Health Fund Rebates?
Yes! I am registered with all the main providers and will email you a receipt that you can easily claim with.
What types of payment do you accept?
Either cash, Pay ID or bank transfer.
Do i have to have a problem or be in pain to get a Remedial Massage?
No! The modalities that i offer can be blended into a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable treatment that can be purely for pleasure.
Am i supposed to talk during a massage?
It is totally fine to talk in the massage, but it is most effective to be sensing into your body and being with the sensations that arise. This will enable your muscles and your mind to relax and unwind easier, giving you the most out of your massage.
